SERVICES
 Using a
machine which
was designed and built in-house, we cut the ends of pipe for use in the
construction industry. We have supplied profile cut pipe, both structural and
decorative members, for projects as large as stadiums, shopping centres and
power stations and for jobs as small as pergolas and patio balustrades.
 Another service
we provide is mitre cutting of pipe. With our system we are able to mitre cut both ends of a piece of pipe to any angle required, so that both the angle of mitre and orientation of the two ends are perfect.
This is invaluable when cutting segments for things such as multi directional lobster-back elbows.
 We also cut pipe
square ended, with or with out weld prep. bevels, for use in spooling projects.
Our unique system ensures that there is no cut run-out as with other systems and
the bevelled face is not fractured as often happens with a nibbler.
 Segments
for 'T' and 'Y' branches of any angle.
 Splice plates are used where it is uneconomical
or impractical
to butt-weld on site. These plates are fillet welded into position. Suncorp Stadium, Stadium Australia and Robina Stadium have utilised these plates.
